Systems that run when nobody is watching

We build automation systems — cloud software, mobile apps and our own hardware, made to work as one. Instead of tools reminding you what to do, the work simply happens: a guest checking in at three in the morning, a membership paid with nobody at the desk, a door opening without a key.

Three systems for three kinds of business

Each one solves the same problem in its own industry: work that depends on somebody being there to do it. They share one foundation — cloud, app and device — which is why three products move faster than three separate companies would.

Live · iOS and Android

A hotel that runs itself

A complete PMS and a self-service kiosk for small hotels and apartments. Guests check in, pay and enter their room without a reception desk — at any hour.

  • Bookings from every channel in one calendar
  • Kiosk: check-in, cash payment in RSD and EUR, door code
  • Automatic guest messages and guest registration with the authorities

Memberships without paper

A system for gyms, fitness clubs and spas. Members, memberships, training sessions and payments in one place, with a kiosk at the entrance and an app in everyone’s pocket.

  • Memberships, day passes and scheduled group training
  • Kiosk with cash payment and entry by QR code or NFC
  • Separate roles for owner, staff, trainer and member

Access control and sensing

Our own devices for doors, barriers and doorways, with one app and one cloud for all of them. Access rights come straight from the system that already runs the business — reservations, memberships or contracts.

  • Door controllers with QR and NFC readers — wired, networked and battery powered
  • Validation is always local: the door opens during an internet outage
  • People counting and tailgating detection

And more to come

Every next system starts the same way — from work somebody still does by hand every day. If that is a spreadsheet, a notebook or a person who simply has to be present, let’s see whether it can be automated.

What we build

The whole system, not one layer of it

Automation breaks where systems meet: the software knows, but the device does not listen. So we build all three layers ourselves — and there is nobody to pass the blame to.

Cloud software

The database, API and web administration everything else stands on. Data is isolated per customer, every change is recorded, and reports are not assembled by hand.

  • Multi-tenant architecture
  • Integrations with portals and government services
  • Device monitoring and event history

Mobile apps

Android and iPhone from a single codebase. Owners do not sit at a desk, so everything done during the day is done from a phone, in two taps.

  • Apps published on the App Store and Google Play
  • Notifications only when they matter
  • A separate screen for each role

Our own devices

Self-service kiosks for check-in and payment, access controllers and sensors. We take them from schematic and PCB to enclosure and firmware.

  • Cash payment with a banknote validator
  • QR code and NFC readers
  • Offline operation and remote monitoring

We work with what you already have — Booking.com and Airbnb · guest registration portals · smart locks · banknote validators · QR and NFC readers · existing barriers and turnstiles

How we work

Four rules we do not break

Not marketing lines — decisions that cost us enough to learn before we adopted them.

01 Our place first, yours second

Every feature runs in our own property and on our own device before it reaches a customer. If it annoys us, it never ships.

02 It has to work offline

Doors open, guests check in and cash is accepted even when the connection drops. Synchronising is the system’s job, not the user’s.

03 One system instead of five tools

Data in five places means no view is ever complete. We would rather build one thing that knows everything than five that message each other.

04 Money and access leave a trail

Every banknote accepted and every entry is recorded so it can be audited later. Without that, automation is a risk rather than a saving.

Company

A small team building its own products.

Kolmex is a company based in Pančevo, Serbia. We do not take on projects only to forget them after delivery — we build our own systems, maintain them and use them ourselves.

Each product came out of a concrete problem rather than a market analysis. Arriva exists because we run a small hotel ourselves and no existing solution actually automated the work. Terios and Veilo started the same way, in another industry.

That is why the team is deliberately small: the same people write the software, design the boards and go on site when something needs to be connected. Nobody forwards your call — you talk to the people who built it.

“If a system needs somebody to be present, it is not automation.”

Tell us what should be running on its own.

Whether one of our systems fits you or you simply have a process that eats your day, get in touch. The first conversation is short and free: we listen to how you work today and tell you what can be automated — and what is not worth touching.

  • We reply within one working day
  • A demo of an existing system takes 20 minutes and commits you to nothing
  • For custom systems we write down exactly what we are building before we build it
